The eco-ATWB-H Closed Circuit Cooler utilizes the ARlD fin Pak Dry cooling coil. Installed in the air discharge of the cooler the ARID fin Pak dry cooling coll ls piped in series with the evaporative cooling coil.The ARlD fin Pak dry cooling coil is constructed of copper tubes and tubular copper header with carbon steel coil connections for easy field piping. The fins have fully drawn collars to maintain consistent fin spacingand continuous surface contact over the entire tube to maximize heat transfer. The fins are constructed of an aluminum/manganese alloy for superior corrosion resistance.
Plume reduction and abatement
In evaporative mode, the ARID fin Pak heats saturated air prior to discharge from the cooling tower, resulting in a significantly reduced plume.
Units equipped with the ARID fin Pak coil are capable of running a significant portion of the year fully in dry mode, completely eliminating any plume.
